My career started from grandma love, At the age of 5 I can remember helping and watching both of my grandparents Annie and Margrett making cakes or preparing culinary masterpieces from scratch out of their kitchen. Over time, I picked up on their many, recipes, ideas, tricks and traditions. Such as, using fresh ingredients, cooking from the heart and soul, and sitting down and enjoying your family and friends for Sunday dinner. so the culinary industry was natural fit for me and became my career. Later on I decided to go in to business for myself. Sassy Soul was established as traditional, home cooked, soul food, from the heart of Louisiana…..  Each dish is prepared with fresh ingredients daily and cooked with special spices that are San’s personal secret.
